Christine Dyrskjøt Elmstrøm is a Copenhagen-based film journalist and editor at Denmark’s biggest film website, kino.dk. With a Master’s degree in Film and Media Studies, she covers the cinema experience, every major cinema release and the biggest tv premieres of the year offering passionately curated news and entertainment from both the Danish and international industry.

Christine regularly interviews actors and filmmakers from around the globe and appears as a film expert on the national morning show Go’ morgen Danmark, where she discusses everything from award season contenders and casting news to genre spotlights and industry trends. Her work also extends to podcasts and public panels, where she contributes her deep love for the cinema experience.

Having grown up in a house with a home cinema in their basement, Christine’s passion for film was sparked early and remains a driving force in her career. She is particularly committed to preserving and enhancing the theatrical experience for future generations, believing wholeheartedly that the cinema is one of the most magical places on earth.
