The 81st Golden Globe® Awards To Air Live On CBS

Live three-hour entertainment event to be broadcast on CBS and stream on Paramount+ directly following an NFL on CBS Sunday doubleheader   November 17, 2023, Los Angeles, CA: The Golden Globe® Awards announced it will air live on CBS, stream on Paramount+ and be available on the CBS app as part of a new deal between the network and the Golden Globes. Taking place Sunday January 7, 2024, the Golden Globes will have the most powerful lead-in audience, airing directly following an NFL on CBS Sunday doubleheader.

Los Angeles, CA – (October 24, 2023) – Today, the Golden Globes® announced Shivani Pandya Malhotra, Managing Director of the Red Sea International Film Festival (RSIFF), as the ninth and final member of its newly formed Membership Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for selecting, ratifying and accrediting journalists as voting members for the 81st Annual Golden Globe® Awards, taking place on Sunday, January 7, 2024.

New Membership Board of Directors and Timeline Announced for the 81st Annual Golden Globe® Awards

Nominations will be Unveiled on Monday, December 11, 2023; Live Ceremony will take place on Sunday, January 7, 2024   For the Awards Timetable, please click HERE Today, the Golden Globes® announced its newly formed Membership Board of Directors responsible for selecting, ratifying and accrediting journalists as voting members for the 81st Annual Golden Globe® Awards. The Membership Board of Directors will uphold and enforce rigorous standards and practices for the voting body, and is composed of nine in total, of which five are appointed independent entertainment or media professionals and four others elected from within the Golden Globe Association membership.
