Damiano Panattoni
Damiano Panattoni is a journalist and film critic. After studying at the Cine-Tv Rossellini in Rome, he decided to pursue a career in journalism in 2011, starting by writing for small websites. His breakthrough came in 2014 when he joined Ciak magazine, where he worked until 2017. After a one-year break, he helped create and establish the online magazine HotCorn.com, where he worked until 2022, when he returned as a journalist for Movieplayer.it, writing reviews, interviews and in-depth articles. Each year, he covers the most important film festivals, including Venice, Cannes and Rome, as a correspondent. His love for cinema was sparked by the video rental store near his home, which has now become a fruit stand. He believes there’s nothing better than Mad Men.
