Claude Lelouch
Claude Lelouch (born in Paris, France, October 30, 1937), a French director, became internationally famous with the success of A Man and a Woman (An homme et une femme, 1966), a love story starring Jean-Louis Trintignant and Anouk Aimée. He directed many other movies such as Live For Life (Vivre pour vivre, 1967) with Yves Montand, Candice Bergen and Annie Girardot, Money, Money, Money (L’aventure, c’est l’aventure, 1972) with Lino Ventura and Jacques Brel, And Now My Love (Toute une vie, 1976), Les Misérables (1995) with Jean-Paul Belmondo, Another Man, Another Chance (Un autre homme, une autre chance, 1977) with James Caan, Bolero (Les uns et les autres, 1981), Un + Une (Un plus une, 2016) with Jean Dujardin. He directed the sequels A Man and a Woman: 20 Years Later (Un homme et une femme: Vingt ans déjà, 1986) and The Best Years of a Life (Les plus belles années d’une vie, 2019) with Jean-Louis Trintignant and Anouk Aimée.
