Noriyuki “Pat” Morita
Noriyuki “Pat” Morita (born in Isleton, California, June 28, 1932, to Japanese parents, died November 24, 2005) acted on television in the comedy series Happy Days (1975-1983) created by Garry Marshall, the TV movie Amos (1985) with Kirk Douglas. He starred with Ralph Macchio in the movie The Karate Kid (1984) and sequels The Karate Kid Part II (1986), The Karate Kid Part III (1989) directed by John Avildsen, with Hilary Swan in The Next Karate Kid (1994). He co-wrote and starred in Captive Hearts (1987), acted in movies like Honeymoon in Vegas (1992), Even Cowgirls Get the Blues (1993).
