Robert Blake
Robert Blake (born Michael Gubitosi in Nutley, New Jersey, September 18, 1933, died March 9, 2023) started acting as a child in movies like Humoresque (1946) with John Garfield. He played the murderer in In Cold Blood (1967) directed by Richard Brooks from the 1966 book by Truman Capote, he was Willie Boy in Tell Them Willie Boy Is Here (1969) starring Robert Redford, played a motorcycle cop in Electra Glide in Blue (1973), a truck driver in Coast to Coast (1980) with Dyan Cannon, the husband in Secondhand Hearts (1981), Mystery Man in Lost Highway (1997) by David Lynch. On television Blake had the leading role of a detective in Baretta (1975-1978), he was Jimmy Hoffa in the miniseries Blood Feud (1983), John List in Judgment Day: The John List Story (1993).
