Gina Rodríguez (born July 30, 1984 in Chicago, Illinois, from Puerto Rican parents) acted on television in the daytime soap The Bold and the Beautiful (2011-2012), the comedy series Jane the Virgin (2014-2019), produced and acted in the series Diary of a Future President (2020-2021). She acted in movies like Annihilation (2018) by Alex Garland with Natalie Portman, Miss Bala (2019) by Catherine Hardwicke, Kajillionaire (2020) by Miranda July with Evan Rachel Wood.
