Lesley Manville
Lesley Manville (born in Brighton, England, March 12, 1956) acted in British movies written and directed by Mike Leigh such as High Hopes (1988), Secrets & Lies (1996), Topsy-Turvy (1999), All or Nothing (2002) with Timothy Spall, Another Year (2010) with Jim Broadbent. She acted with Daniel Day-Lewis and Vicky Krieps in Phantom Thread (2017) written and directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, with Liam Neeson in Ordinary Love (2019), with Kevin Costner and Diane Lane in Let Him Go (2022). She played the title role in Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris (2022) from the 1958 novel by Paul Gallico. On television Manville played Princess Margaret in The Crown (2022), Geneviève de Merteuil in Dangerous Liaisons (2022) from the 1782 novel by Pierre Choderlos de Laclos.
