Enoe Lopes Pontes
Doctoral degree at the Graduate Program in Contemporary Communication and Culture, Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) – having studied part-time at Philipps-Universität Marburg, in the Media Studies area – and a master’s degree in communication, from the same institution. Specialization in TV Directing for teledramaturgy, by CAL (Casa das Artes de Laranjeiras). Graduated in Performing Arts – Theater Interpretation, from the Federal University of Bahia and in Journalism, from the Social University of Bahia. Since 2019, she has been part of the Study Group for the Analysis of Audiovisual Products (GRUPA-UNIP). The Group develops research in the following areas: fan studies, reception and consumption, gender and sexuality and fan activism. On the jury and on the curatorship of the Lugar de Mulher é no Cinema show, on the curatorship of the Baiano Film Festival (FECIBA) and on the jury of the Munich Film Festival, Festival du Nouveau Cinema de Montreal, Festival du Saguenay and Festival Internacional de Guadalajara. She is a member of ABRACCINE and FIPRESCI. Since 2014, she has been working as a communications advisor in the area of culture, working with events, audiovisual works and production companies. She also writes audiovisual criticism on the website Coisa de Cinéfilo and Aratu On. Also she works at the public TV and radio of the state of Bahia as a journalist.
