Control and temptation are the themes of Medusa, a timely drama directed by rising Brazilian helmer Anita Rocha da Silveira. The film world premiered at Cannes and went on to SXSW last year. The HFPA’s Barbara de Oliveira Pinto interviewed the very engaging director in view of the upcoming SXSW 2023 starts on March 10, a festival known for highlighting the works of rising filmmakers.
