On cold wet nights, women wear hardly anything, while men have trousers, shirts and jackets. Men climb stairs, and stand for hours in comfy flat shoes, while women teeter in heels. The #Timesup movement is starting to broaden discussion so it’s safe to have conversations about things that everyone knows, but no one ever talks about.
