The world’s press crowded into the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills for the unveiling of the 76th annual Golden Globe Awards menu that will be served to exclusive star-studded guests on January 6th. Executive Chef Matthew Morgan, not only demonstrated how to create the mouth-watering menu but shared that the ingredients were inspired by the vegetable garden he cultivates at home. When you are serving the who’s who of the entertainment world you have to know that they sup on the finest cuisine. Morgan doesn’t feel the pressure, coming with the attitude that you make sure the best is on offer for any one individual and the 1500 strong throng should then be delighted and satiated. A rule of thumb is not to have any overpowering flavors. Nothing like curry that some patrons could be sensitive to.
