Lauren Bacall holds the Cecil B.deMille trophy, awarded by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for Outstanding Contributions to the World of Entertainment, at the 50th Golden Globes, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday January 23, 1993.  Backstage, CBdM presenter Anthony Hopkins playfully points to the statuette of a globe surmounted by a winged figure.  Hopkins would receive his own Cecil B. deMille special award in 2006.
