Mary Tyler Moore smiles onstage and backstage as she accepts the Best Actress in a Motion Picture-Drama Golden Globe for Ordinary People, directed by Robert Redford, at the 38th awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday, January 31, 1981.  She had already won two Best Actress in a Television Series-Comedy Golden Globes: in 1965 for The Dick Van Dyke Show and in 1971 for The Mary Tyler Moore Show.
