Golden Globes Raises a Glass to Salute BFI London Film Fest

In celebration of the 69th edition of the London Film Festival, the Golden Globes held a cocktail reception on Sunday 12 October 2025 within the Alain Ducasse restaurant at The Dorchester hotel in London.

Guests were treated to a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne on arrival. Golden Globes President Helen Hoehne was in attendance and socializing with all the guests, including Channing Tatum and Amanda Seyfried.

The restaurant’s private dining room Table Lumière was hidden behind a curtain with optical threads suspended, creating a luxurious illusion that evening for guests.

Other guests, including some Golden Globes voters, mingled in between screenings at London Film Festival, included Park Chan-wook, Jon M. Chu, Rian Johnson, Derek Cianfrance, Nia DaCosta, Jamie Patricof, Mona Fastvold, Claire Foy, Celia Imrie, Julianne Nicholson, Stellan Skarsgård, Tessa Thompson, Jonathan Taiwo Ajayi, Tom Bateman, Ram Bergman, Tom Blyth, Mark Bonnar, Marianna Brennand, Lee Byung-hun, Fala Chen,Hildur Guðnadóttir, Nina Hoss, Will Kemp, Archie Madekwe, Mia McKenna-Bruce, Kunal Nayyar, Imogen Poots, Nicholas Pinnock, Sagar Radia, Celine Rattray, Melita Toscan du Plantier, and Susanne Wuest, among others.

The 69th London Film Festival is held across Central London and UK venues from 8-19 October and is organized by the British Film Festival in partnership with American Express.

At this full-house reception, music tinkled in the background as a wide range of canapés were served. The guests indulged in mouth-watering dishes such as crab and caviar bites, oyster mini tortillas, goat’s cheese crostinis and more.

Three signature cocktails were available for guests, including the Golden Globe cocktail with Eneningo Blanco 55, Caviar Organcio and Smoked Safron as its ingredients.

The Alain Duchasse restaurant at The Dorchester has been awarded three Michelin stars and focuses on French cuisine.
