For the second year running the HFPA’s Golden Globe awards show was  nominated for an Emmy. The show, which was aired on January 11 from the Beverly Hilton Hotel, was hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler and produced by the HFPA and dick clark productions. It was nominated in the Special Class Program category. The Emmys were presented on September 20 at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles.
