Golden Globes Showcases Nobu Menu, Gift Bag at Special Event

The Golden Globes® has unveiled the Nobu menu for the 83rd annual ceremony on Jan. 11, including innovations for guests at the Beverly Hilton, as well as for viewers at home. After the Dec. 8 announcement of nominations, members of the press and other guests moved to the hotel’s International Ballroom, where they were also given a peek at the third iteration of the “World’s Most Luxurious Gift Bag,” curated by Robb Report for Golden Globes winners and presenters.

Moët & Chandon returns as the official champagne of the Globes, serving its Impérial Brut and Rosé Impérial champagnes to all awards ceremony guests. Saratoga Spring Water returns as the Official Water of the Golden Globes®, with Saratoga Signature Blue – the brand’s iconic cobalt bottle – appearing throughout the ballroom.

For the third consecutive year, the Golden Globes has partnered with Nobu Restaurants and world-renowned Nobu Matsuhisa, the official Chef of the Golden Globes, on a menu showcasing some of Chef Nobu’s most celebrated signature dishes, including Yellowtail Jalapeño, Caviar Cup, Lobster Salad with Spicy Lemon Dressing, Tai Matsuhisa Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, Salmon Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, Tuna Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, and Miso Black Cod.

For dessert, guests will enjoy a white chocolate mousse, pistachio sponge, and ceremonial matcha cake, garnished with a Golden Nobu coin.

The New Golden Yuzu Lobster can be sampled at select Nobu locations, including Matushisa, Nobu Los Angeles, and Nobu Malibu, available December 12, 2025, through January 11, 2026.

For at-home celebrations the weekend leading up to the show, select Nobu Restaurants (Nobu 57 and Nobu Downtown in New York, Nobu Malibu, Nobu Los Angeles, Matsuhisa) will offer a special Golden Globes To-Go Menu featuring dishes from this year’s in-ballroom menu, so fans can dine like the stars from home.

The Golden Globes tablescape is designed to keep the room instantly recognizable, while still adding some new touches. With a palette of white, gold, black, and natural wood tones, every element – from dinnerware and glassware to linens and florals – is chosen to work with Nobu’s menu.

Mark’s Garden returns to the Golden Globes with a beautiful floral direction led by Creative Director Michael Uncapher. This year’s arrangements embrace modern, sculptural elegance inspired by movement, light, and quiet Japanese floral philosophy – a subtle nod to Nobu’s role in the dinner service.

Attendees were treated to a sneak peek at the third iteration of the “World’s Most Luxurious Gift Bag,” curated by Robb Report for Golden Globes winners and presenters. Presented as ‘The Ultimate Gift Bag,’ it features the centerpiece Atlas Signature Duffel Bag and ‘The Ultimate Gift Book,’ a detailed guide showcasing a selection of products and experiences across travel, culinary, fashion, wellness, and beauty. An upcoming announcement will reveal the full lineup of products and experiences.

The Golden Globes, aka “Hollywood’s Party of the Year®,” will be hosted by Nikki Glaser and will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+ on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.
