To celebrate our 75^th anniversary, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association is launching a podcast series, HFPA In Conversation.  In this in-depth conversation format our journalists will  meet with protagonists in the world of entertainment, culture and business and talk about their work and experiences in film, TV, theater, music and business, as well as their upbringings and events that shaped their life.

In our inaugural podcast, Austrian journalist Elisabeth Sereda sits down with Steven Spielberg at the 20^th Century Fox lot where the multiple Golden Globe and Cecil B. deMille award-winner is editing his new movie, Ready Player One.  In this candid interview Spielberg looks back at his youth when he realized he wanted to be a director, how a tour at Universal Studios changed his path, why Jaws almost ruined his career, why history is so important to him, which movies challenged him most and what he is still dreaming about.
