Diane Disney passed yesterday at the age of 79 after a life devoted to passionately protecting and furthering the legacy of her father, Walt Disney. We last spoke to her, eloquent and elegant as usual, at the 2009 inauguration of the Walt Disney Family Museum, in San Francisco’s Presidio, truly a Disney lover’s paradise and one of California’s lesser known gems. Ms. Disney spoke about the importance of remembering her father as a film legend, and as a dad.
