Sebastian Stan plays a struggling actor who undergoes surgery to alter the effects of neurofibromatosis on his face, with unexpected results for him and those around him. Adam Pearson plays another actor with the same condition and Renate Reinsve is a playwright neighbor. The A24 film was written and directed by Aaron Schimberg. Stan won a Golden Globe in the comedy category, while he was also nominated that year for The Apprentice.
