In honor of World Podcast Day, September 30, we’re sharing with you our top 10-rated podcasts of all time in our previously named "HFPA in Conversation” series, now rebranded "Golden Globes Around the World. ” Of the 114 episodes we’ve had the privilege of producing with actors, directors, cinematographers, composers, foreign filmmakers, writers, and others in the film and TV industry, it’s interesting to note that five men and five women equally made the list, and only one was not an actor but the groundbreaking female director, Greta Gerwig.

Italian Box Office September 19 – 25, 2022

Waiting for its long-awaited sequel – opening in December all over the world, Italy included -  James Cameron's 2009 Avatar is making once again splashes at the box office in its re-release in theaters: grossing $1,658. 061 (same in Euros) on its second week of play, the 3D fantasy/sci-fi juggernaut is again at the top of Italian box-office chart, according to Cinetel's data: Avatar has so far grossed over $2 million since its release, bringing over a monthlong record of 250,000 moviegoers to the Bel Paese theaters.

Russell Hornsby Takes on Don King in Hulu’s Mini-Series “Mike”

Actor Russell Hornsby portrays the larger-than-life character Don King, a ruthless ambitious boxing promotor who takes Tyson’s boxing career to the next level in Hulu’s Mike, a limited TV series that explores the tragic and controversial life and career of Mike Tyson, one of the most prominent figures in sports of all time. Hornsby, born on May 15, 1974, in San Francisco and best known for his work in The Hate U Give (2018) Fences (2016), and Meet the Parents (2000), gives a stellar performance and shows great chemistry with his fellow actor Trevante Rhodes, who takes on the role of Tyson.

The HFPA Announces Awards Timetable for the 80th Annual Golden Globe Awards®

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association® (HFPA) today announced the awards timetable for the 80th Annual Golden Globe® Awards along with several changes including the splitting of an acting category in television. Nominations will be announced on Monday, December 12, 2022, with award winners announced on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, in a ceremony televised live on NBC and Peacock from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.
