This weekend was all about Spiderman: Homecoming with Sony and Marvel’s series reboot swinging to a $257 million global debut. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) will host its annual Grants Banquet on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. More than $2 million in funds to nonprofit entertainment-related organizations and scholarship programs will be presented, with the help of A-list stars, like in previous years.
