GOLDEN GLOBE WINNER ERNEST BORGNINE HONORED BY HIS PEERS
Veteran actor ErnestBorgnine, who won a Golden Globe in 1956 and was nominated for another two years ago at the age of 91, is to receive the Screen Actors Guild's life achievement award. Borgnine, who won his best actor Globe for his performance in the movie Marty and was nominated again in 2008 for his role in the TV movie A Grandpa for Christmas, has appeared in more than 200 movies, five television series and dozens of made-for-TV films.
