Amy Irving
Amy Irving (born in Palo Alto, California, September 10, 1953) made her film debut in Carrie (1976) directed by Brian DePalma from the 1974 novel by Stephen King, she acted in The Fury (1978) also by De Palma, The Competition (1980) with Richard Dreyfuss, Yentl (1983) directed by and starring Barbra Streisand, Mickey & Maude (1984) by Blake Edwards, Rumplestilskin (1987) with her mother Priscilla Pointer, Crossing Delancey (1988), Deconstructing Harry (1987) written and directed by Woody Allen, Carried Away (1996) and Bossa Nova (2000) directed by Bruno Barreto. On television Irving starred in Anastasia: The Mystery of Anna (1986).
