Emmy Rossum

Emmanuelle “Emmy” Rossum (born in New York City, September 12, 1986), an actress and a singer, acted in movies like Songcatcher (2000), Mystic River (2003) by Clint Eastwood, The Day After Tomorrow (2004) by Roland Emmerich, she starred in The Phantom of the Opera (2004) directed by Joel Schumacher from the 1986 musical by Andrew Lloyd Weber, appeared in Beautiful Creatures (2013) written and directed by Richard LaGravanese. On television Rossum starred with William Macy in the drama series Shameless (2011-2021), played the title character in the miniseries Angelyne (2022).
