Geneviève Bujold
Geneviève Bujold (born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, July 1, 1942) starred in the French movies The War Is Over (La Guerre est finie, 1966), directed by Alain Resnais, with Yves Montand and Ingrid Thulin, King of Hearts (Le Roi de cœur, 1966) by Philippe de Broca with Alan Bates, The Thief of Paris (Le voleur, 1967) by Louis Malle with Jean-Paul Belmondo. She played Anne Boleyn in the British film Anne of the Thousand Days (1969) opposite Richard Burton as King Henry VIII, Cassandra in The Trojan Women (1971) directed by Michael Cacoyannis from the 415 BC play by Euripides, with Katharine Hepburn, Vanessa Redgrave, and Irene Papas. She acted in movies like Obsession (1976) by Brian De Palma, Coma (1978) by Michael Crichton with Michael Douglas, Murder by Decree (1979) with Christopher Plummer, Tightrope (1984) with Clint Eastwood, Dead Ringers (1988) by David Cronenberg with Jeremy Irons. She was directed by Alan Rudolph in Choose Me (1984), Trouble in Mind (1985) and The Moderns (1988). Bujold starred in the Canadian TV movie The Paper Wedding (1989).
