Joachim Trier
Norwegian filmmaker Joachim Trier (born March 1, 1974 in Copenhagen, Denmark) earned international acclaim for his film Oslo, 31 August (2011), which premiered at Cannes. In 2021, Cannes premiered his The Worst Person in the World and star Renate Reinsve won the festival’s best actress award. The actress reunited with the filmmaker for the 2025 Sentimental Value.
