Lee Unkrich

Lee Unkrich (born August 8, 1967, in Cleveland, Ohio) joined Pixar as a film editor in 1994; he edited Toy Story (1995), A Bug’s Life (1998) and Toy Story 2 (1999). From 1999 through 2003, he co-directed Toy Story 2 (1999), Monsters, Inc. (2001) and Finding Nemo (2003). He directed Toy Story 3 (2010), which won the Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature. Also winning that prize were Coco, (2017), winner of the Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature, which he directed. He retired from Pixar in 2019 after 25 years.
