Lykke Li

Lykke Li, born Li Lykke Timotej Zachrisson on March 18, 1986, in Ystad, Sweden, is a Swedish singer, songwriter, model, and actress. Her music blends elements of indie pop, dream pop, and electronic genres. She released her debut album, Youth Novels, in 2008, which received critical acclaim and established her as a prominent figure in the indie music scene. Over the years, Lykke Li has released several successful albums, including Wounded Rhymes (2011), I Never Learn (2014), So Sad So Sexy (2018), and Eyeye (2022). She is best known for her hit single “I Follow Rivers.”

In addition to her music career, Lykke Li has ventured into acting, appearing in films such as The Divergent Series: Insurgent (2015) and Possessor (2020).

Her distinctive vocal style and genre-blending approach have earned her critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base worldwide.
