Spike Jonze
Spike Jonze (born Adam Spiegel on October 22, 1969, in New York City) began as a photographer of skateboarders, directed the documentary Video Days (1991) and music videos, then directed movies like Being John Malkovich (1999) and Adaptation (2002) from screenplays by Charlie Kaufman, Where the Wild Things Are (2009) from the 1963 children’s book by Maurice Sendak, Her (2013) with Joaquin Phoenix.
