Festivals

Like any good sci-fi movie, Comic-Con 2016 had two battling monsters competing for the fancrowd's affections: DC Comics and Marvel. Both went to war – so to speak on the next-to-last day of the event, Saturday. DC took the Hall H stage first, as part of the Warner Bros. presentation. Marvel Studios waited patiently and claimed the final slot of the day, virtually closing Comic-Con 2016. With a varied, multifaceted slate in every sense of the word,plus lots of first-time reveals and a seemingly endless parade of stars Marvel led the crowd to ecstasy. Or should we say Marvelgasm?
