Ryan Murphy’s latest limited series, FEUD: Bette and Joan, tells the story of the rivalry between two of the silver screen’s greatest actresses Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. The series is a visual delight – talented costume designer Lou Eyrich has recreated the glamour of a bygone era. “Ryan Murphy is very involved in the art direction of his shows”, Eyrich says “During prep we discuss each character – color palette, silhouette, etc.. Because we were recreating historical figures rather than creating our own characters, I had lots of research available to base our designs on.” Follow Eyrich as she guides us through this stylish Feud.
