Fashion

Trends and changes as the year begins. Muted colors of mauve, depleted gray and pastels follow the colors introduced at the Golden Globes. Faces too are devoid of color – reflecting the bleak worldview right now. Color is found in lips: black-red or in-your-face crimson. Whimsy is visible in embroidery and beading. When color is found in clothes it is often shocking and extreme. Let’s look at what we found on the street and on the red carpet in January.
