Bob Rafelson

Robert Rafelson, born in New York City in 1933, moved to Los Angeles in 1962 with his first wife Tobey Carr, a production designer, and their two children. He was a long-time resident of Aspen, Colorado, where he passed away of lung cancer on July 23 at the age of 89.
