As we get ready for the 80th Golden Globes, we are celebrating an old tradition: the Golden Globe Ambassador, formerly known as Miss or Mister Golden Globes, who are second- or third-generation performers. Here, we flash back to 2016 when Corinne Foxx was chosen to wear this title, and was so lovingly introduced by her father, Jamie Foxx.

Following tradition where a daughter or son of one of Hollywood’s most respected actors is selected to assist at the Golden Globes, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association named Corinne Foxx, daughter of Jamie Foxx, Miss Golden Globe 2016. The announcement was made at a party helt at West Hollywood's Ysabel restaurant, serving as the de facto opening of Golden Globe Season.

Corinne Foxx, daughter of Golden Globe winner and two-time Golden Globe nominee Jamie Foxx, is our Miss Golden Globe 2016. A senior at the University of Southern California, Corinne recently shot a campaign for accessory line The Icing.
