HFPA journalist Silvia Bizio met director-writer-producer Oliver Stone at his office in Los Angeles. In the middle of his busy day, the Golden Globe winner looked back to the late 60s when he returned home from the Vietnam War.

HFPA journalist Tina Jøhnk Christensen met filmmaker, screenwriter, actor and three-time Golden Globe nominee Barry Levinson in Beverly Hills.   They talked about his new HBO biopic, Paterno, the story of college football titan Joe Paterno, which Al Pacino brought to his longtime collaborator Levinson.

HFPA journalist Katherine Tulich had a lively in-depth conversation with Dakota Fanning at the Association's offices in West Hollywood.   Lately, we have seen Fanning as the secretary to police commissioner Ted Roosevelt on the dark limited series The Alienist.

“I listened to Phil Collins and played hockey in the basement,” says actor Josh Duhamel, recalling his childhood in North Dakota after his parents divorced. The basement was a place where he secretly dreamt about acting but it took him more than a decade to follow his dream.
