Zone of Interest and The Idol: last night, these two films premiered, and both got lots of buzz. We covered the premieres and the press conferences.

Feathers, flowers, flounces and svelte shapes were everywhere at the Asteroid City red carpet during the 76th annual Cannes film festival at Palais des Festivals.   Scarlett Johansson, one of the stars of Asteroid City, was pretty in a pink satin sheath that gave the illusion of her bra peeking out, but was actually a fun trompe-l'œil - and the straps of her gown.
