But from long before that, there has been opera, an art marrying the craft of extraordinary singing, orchestral scoring, emotional storytelling and opulent set and costume design that has been entertaining people for centuries.

Family has always been important to Melissa Barrera, but in the last few years, she has been busy with her career and became a workaholic. At the moment she is playing Lyn Hernandez - co-bar owner in Los Angeles’ Boyle Heights - on Starz's TV show Vida.
