UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. – April 28, 2010 -- Multi-talented Golden Globe and Emmy Award winner Ricky Gervais (“The Invention of Lying,” “The Office”) has signed for an encore performance when he returns to host “The 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards” on Sunday, January 16, 2011 on NBC.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, (April 12, 2010) –Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) President, Philip Berk, announced today the timetable for “The 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards”.   The show once again will be broadcast nationwide live on NBC, in HD, Sunday, January 16, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 (PST)/8:00-11:00 (EST) from the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

HOLLYWOOD, CA, February 5, 2010 – The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) announced that it will now again accept applications from professional journalists who wish to become members of the organization. In order to qualify for membership the applicant must have a permanent, primary residence in Southern California, qualify under the HFPA Active Member definition, be registered with the Motion Picture Association of America in their International Directory for at least one year preceding the date of the application, and be sponsored by two active members of the HFPA.
