Geena Davis with Hollywood Foreign Press Association President Philip Berk. Hollywood, CA, November 8, 2005 – Geena Davis will join Hollywood Foreign Press Association President Philip Berk in announcing the recipient of the 2006 Cecil B.

Hollywood, CA, September 7, 2005 – The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has donated $250,000 to the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund for victims of Hurricane Katrina. The emergency donation, speedily approved by the HFPA's members, follows last January's $250,000 contribution made to four charitable organizations involved in the tsunami relief effort in Asia.

  Hollywood, CA, January 3, 2005 – The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has donated $250,000 to the relief effort underway in Asia, it was announced today by Lorenzo Soria, President. "The tragedy that has happened to our world neighbors in Asia is unfathomable, and millions have been left without food, shelter, and water," said Soria.
