Jill Soloway’s semi autobiographical dramedy Transparent won a Best Comedy Golden Globe in its debut year, as well as a Best Actor Globe for Jeffrey Tambor and his uncanny portrayal of the gender transitioning Maura Pfefferman. The show has since garnered three more nominations, including for Judith Light in her Supporting Role as Maura’s ex-wife Shelly. Now in its third season Transparent continues its mission: breaking stereotypes and entertaining intelligently. We talked to Tambor about what to expect from season 3.
