Bill Hader and Henry Winkler on “Barry”
The Golden Globe-nominated, offbeat HBO comedy Barry returns for its second season. Created by SNL alum Bill Hader and comedy writer Alec Berg, the show follows depressed, low-level hitman Barry Berkman ( played by Hader) who, after following a hit out to LA, discovers the City of Angels and its promise of big dreams which, if fulfilled, may present a way out. He starts taking acting classes run by the somewhat dubious teacher Gene Cousineau (a career-reviving role played by Henry Winkler) but his past keeps catching up with him.
In this interview, Bill Hader and Henry Winkler tell HFPA members Mirai Konishi and Katherine Tulich what to expect as the second season debuts.
