The Golden Globes association was invited to speak about its reforms and future goals at the Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival. Founder and host Stephanie Tavares-Rance asked the tough questions, the HFPA’s K.J. Matthews talked about her experience as a new member, and board director Sharlette Hambrick and president Helen Hoehne outlined the future of the almost 80-year-old organization.
