Courtney Small is the creator of Black Canadian Film and a Rotten Tomatoes approved film critic. His work has appeared in CBC Arts, POV Magazine, Exclaim!, That Shelf, Leonard Maltin, and Cinema Axis. He is the co-host of the podcast Frameline and is a member of the Toronto Film Critics Association, the Online Film Critics Society, GALECA, and the African American Film Critics Association.
