Hélène Robert

Hélène Robert is a French film and wellness journalist. She is also a biographer and literary coach. Hélène holds a master's degree in Publishing and Audiovisual from the Sorbonne (Paris) and a certificate from Jean-Marie Roth’s screenwriting course. Furthermore, she has professional experiences as a production assistant. This multidisciplinarity has allowed her to develop a transversal and holistic appreciation of films. Hélène enthusiastically nurtures inspiring stories, from their writing (literary or screenplay assistance, biographical writing) to their media promotion (film reviews, interviews). Currently, Hélène writes film reviews for two French magazines. The first magazine is called Bande à Part, an online magazine specializing in cinema which won the Digital Magazine Awards prize for the Best Film Magazine of the Year in 2013. The second magazine is called Chemins, a paper magazine dedicated to well-being and psychology. Her curiosity about new cinema frequently leads her to be a juror in international festivals. For example, she was a juror for the International Federation of Film Press (FIPRESCI) at the Carthage Film Days in Tunis in 2019. Through the seventh art, Hélène Robert hopes to sharpen her vision of reality and develop her ability to dream.
