Paolo Mereghetti
Paolo Mereghetti was born on 09/28/49 in Milan. A professional journalist since 1978, he’s the film critic of the leading Italian newspaper “Corriere della Sera.” He is the author of the most popular film dictionary in Italy, which was named after him: “Il Mereghetti”, now in its fourteenth edition. He has contributed to numerous magazines including “Positif”, “Ombre rosse” and “Lo straniero”. He has published a volume on Orson Welles for the series Masters of Cinema of Phaidon, which has also been translated into French, Spanish and Italian. He has collaborated with RaiTre, RaiMovie and the Venice Film Festival. He has received the Flaiano (2001) and De Sica (2014) Film Critic Award
