Born in Angola, Africa, Rui resides in Lisbon, Portugal, where he studied communications but soon pursued his passion: film criticism. Now he has a regular film column in the newspaper Expresso and serves as film critic for SIC Radical in the tv show “Cinetendinha.” He also has a show on radio, for TSF. He also works as an adviser for Cinema MED and Juve Baião.
