From São Paulo, Brazil, Suzana has been a journalist and a film critic for almost 30 years now. She began her career at the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo and took extension courses in Cinema at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles). A member of Abraccine (Brazilian Film Critics Association), she is the co-founder and chief-editor of Preview Magazine, which was published from 2009 to 2021. She has also served as a juror for the Gramado Film Festival and the It’s All True (International Documentary Film Festival). In 2019, she launched her own website, OQVER Cinema & Streaming.
