Golden Globe winner Jennifer Lawrence is a unique talent – she seems to excel in everything when she puts her heart and soul into it. 

In her recent film Red Sparrow Lawrence learned the major steps of classical ballet only in three months.  “My character saw colors in the music that she danced to and I found that beautiful.” she told us. “So, does music plays a major part also in your acting?” we asked.

“No, it does not.” was her surprising answer. “I know that there are some actors who use music to get them into a certain mood and I find that fascinating and I have worked with actors who have done that and it’s cool.  I don’t.  When I am listening to music, I am listening to music and when I am acting, I am acting.  I have never had an emotional connection to music.  If I did, I would probably be a better karaoke singer”, she added with a laugh.
