Toronto Fest Hosts ‘Road to the Golden Globes Party’ Kicking Off Awards Season
The Golden Globes® kicked off the countdown to the 84th annual Golden Globes at its “The Road to the Golden Globes Party” Sept. 12 at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto during the Toronto International Film Festival. Cafe Boulud executive chef William Kresky brought Chef Daniel Boulud’s culinary vision to life through a collection of canapés and culinary stations featuring A5 Wagyu Tartelette, Japanese Sea Bream, Bluefin Tuna, Krystal Caviar Feuille de Brique and Shiso Hamachi Roll. The culinary experience was complemented by cocktail creations presented by bartenders from Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club, Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo and Four Seasons Hotel Miami, each showcasing flavors and ingredients unique to their destination, alongside the exceptional hospitality synonymous with the flagship Four Seasons hotel.
The Golden Globes has traditionally held its party on the first weekend of TIFF for more than 20 years. This year’s event was held in partnership with Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Patron and Barco.
The 84th Annual Golden Globes will take place on Sunday, January 10, 2027, airing live on CBS and Paramount+. Nominations for the Golden Globes will be announced on Monday, December 7, 2026.
